PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rubber composition having an improved friction performance on a freezed road. SOLUTION: The rubber composition comprises at least one sort of heat-conductive material of 3-150 pts. wt. and carbon black whose iodine absorption capacity is 30-300 mg/g to a 100 pts. wt. rubber component containing at least one sort of diene-based rubber selected from the group consisting of a natural rubber, isoprene-rubber, styrene-butadiene rubber and butadiene rubber.
