PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To facilitate visual recognition of a transfer region during transfer and to accurately and easily transfer a coating film onto a desired portion. SOLUTION: A feeding reel and a winding reel are disposed in a case of which the front end is opened, and a transfer head is provided in projection from the opening. A transfer tape wound on the feeding reel is let out, turned reversely at the front end of the transfer head and wound up by the winding reel. In a coating film transfer implement thus constituted, a tape width narrowing means 15 such as a groove part 12 for narrowing the apparent width of the transfer tape 6 is provided on the lower side of the transfer head 2, while a means to see through (in Fig. a plate-shaped body 7 forming the transfer head 2, which is formed of a transparent member) through which the lower side can be seen from the upper side is provided in at least one of the portions of the transfer head that are positioned on the right and left of the tape width narrowing means 15.
