PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a scrap dismantling operation car capable of performing efficient separation dismantling operation even for large and strong objective scrap. SOLUTION: The scrap dismantling operation car is provided with a hydraulic operation boom which is rotatably mounted on a car body of self-travelling vehicle and is capable of rising and falling, a Pencher (R) for scrap dismantling operation which is attached to the top end of the boom and performs opening/closing operation by a remote operation and a pair of left and right operation arms which are disposed on the front part or the rear part of the car body so as to enable rising and falling and permit an opening and closing drive. Therein, a first crushing means having at least two crushing blades which are arranged with an interval to each other is attached to one arm side of a pair of the operation arms, a second crushing means having at least one crushing blade which is arranged on the position facing an interval part between at least the two crushing blades of the first crushing means is attached to the other arm side and a crushing tool which pinches and crushes the objective scrap through the closure operation of the operation arm by means of the first crushing means and the second crushing means is disposed.
