PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To facilitate the attachment and detachment of a separating funnel to a separating funnel holder. SOLUTION: A supporting arm 7 supporting the stopper 6 of a separating funnel 1 upward is fixed at the lower edge. A drum 10 is pivoted, in a rotatable way, by a horizontal shaft 11 in the lower part of a support 5 provided with a holding arm 9 holding the valve 8 of the funnel 1 downward in a slidable way. The base end of a constant-load band spring member 14 is fixed to the drum 10, and the spring member 14 is wound onto the drum 14. The tip of the spring member 14 is connected with the arm 9.
