PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent malfunction of a non-contact type sensor using a photoelectric element by a light from an external light source such as a fluorescent lamp disposed on a ceiling side and to prevent the malfunction of a predetermined Pachinko game unintended by the player. SOLUTION: A horizontal shaft 15c is fixed adjacent to the upper ends of the both sides of the approximately rectangular non-contact type sensor 15 with its projecting to its both ends, and the horizontal shaft 15c is turnably attached to horizontal shaft attachment members 13d disposed in a projecting portion 13a of a base 13, so that the non-contact type sensor 15 constantly suspends in the gravity direction by its dead weight to make a light emitting/receiving surface 15d face in the horizontal direction orthogonally crossing with the gravity direction.
