The tension cord has a cover part (18) for light-tight covering of the opening (14) in the lamella (10) for reception of the tension cord (12), fitted with a penetration part provided with a hole (20) through which the tension cord is threaded. The width of the hole in the lamella longitudinal direction is matched to the thickness of the tension cord and the width of the penetration part is less than the effective width of the opening by an amount corresponding to the required degree of movement of the tension cord in the lamella longitudinal direction.
