<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a low cost semi-electrically conductive seamless belt with excellent durability and giving an excellent image quality. <P>SOLUTION: This semi-electrically conductive seamless belt is provided with at least a base layer 1, and the base layer 1 is formed of an electrically conductive composition essentially having below mentioned components (A)-(D).
