INTERMEDIATE TRANSFER RECORDING MEDIUM

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an intermediate transfer recording medium which is excellent in releasability on the occasion of thermal transfer and in the quality of a thermal transfer image and excellent in adhesiveness between a transfer part having the thermal transfer image formed and a transfer object body on the occasion when the transfer part is transferred onto the object body and which reduces manufacturing costs and has a stable antistatic performance, by laying the intermediate transfer recording medium on a thermal transfer sheet having a colored transfer layer provided on a base.

SOLUTION: This intermediate transfer recording medium is constituted at least of a base film and the transfer part provided releasably on the base film. The transfer part has at least a receiving layer whereon the image is formed and besides contains a lithium ion conducting resin. The transfer layer exerts the antistatic function.
