<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a multipurpose greening board capable of being easily built into a rooftop garden, or the like, on a rooftop, or the like, even by an ordinary person, capable of realizing greening with a lawn grass, a flowering plant, a tree, or the like, by being arranged on a concrete surface, a sloped surface, a wall surface, or the like, of the rooftop, or the like, and capable of being combined with other boards, so as to be easily built into the colorful rooftop garden, or the like, and to provide a greening method. <P>SOLUTION: The multipurpose greening board is structured so that soil 7 is filled into the inside of a rectangular unit 4 which is obtained by coupling a body 2 formed into a mesh-like box shape with a cover body 3, a prescribed number of planting pots 10 each having slits 11 or meshes 12 are arranged on a planar surface part 2a of the body 2, a planar surface part 3a of the cover body 3 is formed into a mesh shape, and the flowering plant or the tree is planted in each of the planting pots in such a state that a side of the planting pot is exposed on the top, or a ground cover plant, such as lawn grass, is planted in the planar surface part 3a of the cover body 3 in such a state that a side of the planar surface part 3a is exposed on the top. The greening method by the multi-purpose greening boards comprises positioning the boards on an installation surface composing a horizontal surface, an inclined surface, or a vertical surface and fastening the boards to the installation surface, so that the flowering plants, the trees, or the ground cover plants, such as the lawn grasses, are arranged in a desired layout. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI |
