SHUT-OFF VALVE, KIT WITH SHUT-OFF VALVE, AND EXPANSION VALVE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a shut-off valve for an expansion valve of a cooling system enabling a compact constitution of the expansion valve.

SOLUTION: The shut-off valve in the cooling system, especially the expansion valve of an air conditioning system for a vehicle comprises an adjustment screw (31) and an adjustment space (76). The adjustment screw (31) has a receiving part (32) for mounting a reciprocating movement generation device (33). The adjustment space (76) is designed so that the receiving part is disposed at one end part of the adjustment screw (31), the reciprocating movement generation device (33) actuates a valve (47) disposed in the adjustment screw (31) to open/close a first passage opening (53) between an inlet (61) and an outlet (63) of the adjustment screw (31) and is connected to the downstream side of the valve (47) in a flowing direction of a refrigerant to receive at least one adjustment device (78).
