<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a light portable solar-battery module having a low price. <P>SOLUTION: The solar-battery module is so configured as to provide a transparent substrate on the side of the light receiving surface of a solar-battery panel and as to provide a frame having reinforcing ribs which are present on the side of the rear surface of the solar-battery panel and in the positions of no solar-battery element being disposed therein. Further, there are provided a plurality of reinforcing protrusive portions in portions of the surface of the transparent substrate of no solar-battery element being disposed therein and opposed to the solar-battery elements. Moreover, in the positions of the solar-battery panel which are opposed to the reinforcing protrusive portions, there are provided through holes in the solar-battery panel whose sizes are the ones capable of inserting thereinto the reinforcing protrusive portions.
