PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of manufacturing a multilayer ceramic capacitor by a spin coating process, and also to provide a multilayer ceramic capacitor obtained by the method. SOLUTION: In this manufacturing method, the process of coating a dielectric layer and the process of printing an inner electrode can be provided as a single process by forming a plurality of dielectric layers using spin coating. Therefore, the dielectric layer is easily controlled in thickness with a thickness well thinned. Further, since the dielectric layers and the inner electrodes are formed successively, the processes of separating and layering the dielectric layers, and the process of compressing the ceramic laminate can be eliminated. Thereby, the ceramic laminate need not be compressed, then a pillowing phenomenon does not occur in the multilayer ceramic capacitor. COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI |
