PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To excellently and surely place concrete without generating a void even in a top end part of secondary lining concrete, particularly, in a construction joint, in a construction method of lining concrete, particularly, the secondary lining concrete in constructing a tunnel. SOLUTION: When placing the secondary lining concrete in an interval while arranging a form at the predetermined interval on the surface near the natural ground or the surface near the primary lining of the tunnel, an de-gass hose is arranged in the vicinity of a tunnel top end part, and the secondary lining concrete is placed in the interval while forcibly sucking air in the interval via the de-gassing hose. For example, when respectively and successively jointing the secondary lining concrete by the predetermined unit length in the tunnel longitudinal direction, the degassing hose is preferably arranged in the tunnel peripheral direction in the vicinity of the tunnel top end part in the vicinity of the construction joint of the secondary lining concrete.
