PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a molding method for readily and exactly forming a relief shape on the inner face of a shell of a hollow part of a pulp mold hollow article, and to provide a duct part for a vehicle. SOLUTION: The method comprises accumulating moisture-containing pulp fibers 41 on a papermaking mold 2 to form an intermediate molded article 800 having a shell 81 equipped with a hollow part 80, expanding an expandable body 5, which forms a relief part 51 on the outer surface when expanded, in the hollow part 80 of the intermediate molded article 800 so as to transfer the shape of the relief part 51 of the expandable body 5 to the inner face of the shell 81, and setting the intermediate molded article 800 in a drying mold to be drained and dried, whereby the hollow pulp mold article having an relief shape on the inner face of the shell having the hollow part is provided.
