METHOD OF PRODUCING SHEETLIKE SILVER STRUCTURE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of producing a sheetlike silver structure for which application to a micro-electronic device is expected by electrodeposition. SOLUTION: An electrolytic solution comprising a silver nitrate aqueous solution and a boric acid aqueous solution is charged inside a constant current electrolyzer using a carbon rod as an anode and a copper plate as a cathode. The pH of the solution is regulated with nitric acid, and thereafter, electrodeposition is performed at a current density of 0.1 to 2 mA/cm2, thus a sheetlike silver structure is produced.
