PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To select properly the outer air introducing mode or the inner air circulating mode during warming-up of an exhaust gas sensor. SOLUTION: An air-conditioner for a vehicle includes a controller 42 which selects either of the outer air introducing mode and the inner air circulating mode in conformity to the exhaust gas sensing signal emitted from the exhaust gas sensor 40, and upon recording the selection frequency of the outer air introducing mode and the inner air circulating mode in a RAM 42c previously, selects the outer air introducing mode or the inner air circulating mode on the basis of the selection frequency recorded in the RAM 42c while an under-warmup signal is emitted from the exhaust gas sensor 40.
