PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a stencilling apparatus which is good in operating property in jamming processing of a master without being cost up, can cut beautifully and surely and can carry out initial setting. SOLUTION: In the stencilling apparatus equipped with a plate cylinder 1, a master storing means 2 for storing master 6, a plate making means 3 which makes plate and conveys the master 6 arranged on a conveying route of the master 6 and drawn out from the master storing means 2, and a cutting means 4 for cutting the master 6 arranged to a downstream side in a master conveying direction below the plate making means 3 on the conveying route of the master 6, a movable part 9 capable of being opened and closed is provided to a fixed part of an apparatus body, and the conveying route is constituted to be opened by opening the movable part 9.
