PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a decorative material where a pattern is formed on a front face, which has a luster variation according to the pattern, where the luster variation varies gradually or continuously while this luster variation is visually recognized as a recessed part, and which has a feel of irregularities on the front face. SOLUTION: The decorative material has at least a low luster pattern ink layer prepared partially and a surface protection layer which exists and contacts on the low luster pattern ink layer and coats the whole surface of the low luster pattern ink layer, on a base. The surface protection layer is a cross linkage hardened radiation curing resin composite and the decorative material has a low gloss domain visually recognized as a recessed part in a right above and near section of the low luster pattern ink layer in this surface protection layer, and forms a low luster pattern layer characterized by thickness of ink which composes a low luster pattern ink layer not being uniform.
