PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method of ink-jet head capable of preventing a processing liquid from infiltrating into the empty space of a driving mechanism even if a through-hole is formed on an electrode glass substrate before wet-processing, a place board and an adsorption auxiliary fixture used for the manufacturing method, the ink-jet head and an ink-jet recording device mounted with the ink-jet head. SOLUTION: A protection film 61 is affixed to the joining face and the opposite side surface of the electrode glass substrate 2 so that a sealer injecting hole 16 may be covered with the film. At the same time, a protection holder 71, which protects the protection film 61 from the liquid used for the wet-processing including etching and washing, is mounted so as to cover the protection film 61.
