PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a boiled noodle rinsing and cooling apparatus which enables a user to sterilize the inside of the boiled noodle rinsing and cooling apparatus without a need of troublesome work and without a risk, and realizes the sufficient sterilization. SOLUTION: Pipe parts 214b, 216b, 218b, 220b, or the like, for jetting steam are provided in the boiled noodle rinsing and cooling apparatus A, and hole parts for jetting the steam are provided in each pipe part. The inside of the apparatus is sterilized by jetting the steam into the apparatus through supplying the heated steam to the pipe parts. The apparatus A is constituted to be sealed hermetically with an upper surface part 50, a bottom surface part 60, and parts enclosing four side surfaces, front surface parts 30a, 30b, and a back surface part 40, or the like.
