PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To secure safe and inexpensive distribution of used game machines by proposing a fraudulent board detecting method, a system therefor, reader, and a game machine, which check fraudulence in a board easily and simply. SOLUTION: The fraudulent board detecting system includes: a plurality of boards in one game machine; a plurality of memory units each composed of a storage means for storing data and a transmission means for transmitting the data to the outside, and mounted on each of the boards; and a reader composed of a reading means for reading the data stored in the memory units and an output means for comparing and outputting the data.
