The invention relates to bituminous compositions, or bituminous binders, for road and industrial applications. Said compositions are especially compositions that can be handled at room temperature, such as pure or modified bitumen emulsions that are used to produce road materials and coatings, for example bituminous coatings and surface coatings. The invention also relates to associated methods. The invention especially relates to a bituminous composition comprising at least one modified or non-modified bitumen part, and at least one cationic, surfactant polymer agent comprising at least one sequenced copolymer selected from the sequenced copolymers comprising at least two interconnected blocks A and B, block A comprising at least one hydrophilic segment, and block B comprising at least one hydrophobic segment.
