<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an exhauster capable of exhausting air with efficiency and having a cooker housed in an oven hood, with no bias of the force to suck air between the right and left sides of the oven hood. <P>SOLUTION: The exhauster 1 includes the oven hood 2 installed above an oven stand 11; the cooker 3 housed in the oven hood 2; and exhaust fans 4.
