<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the deterioration of a cell while suppressing the lowering of the output of a fuel cell stack, when started at a low temperature. <P>SOLUTION: A collector 4 for usual time is provided outside an end cell 2a at each end of the direction of the lamination of cells, and a collector 6 for low-temperature time is provided inside this each collector for usual time interposing the cell 2a between. These collectors 4, 6 for usual time and for low-temperature time can be connected selectively to output terminals 8 by switching means 10, 20, and the output terminals 8 are connected to the collector 6 for low-temperature time, if the temperature of the cell 2 is a predetermined temperature or lower, when the fuel cell stack is started. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI |
