<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a warm-up device of a fuel battery capable of shortening time needed for warm-up of the battery or time needed for discharging hydrogen gas from a hydrogen storage alloy. <P>SOLUTION: The warm-up device of the fuel battery is provided with a fuel cell stack 4 structured of a plurality of cells 41 laminated and a fastening bolt 8 for restraining expansion due to lamination of the plurality of cells 41.
