<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a separator used as an example for a solid polymer film fuel cell which can be easily manufactured with high precision at low cost. <P>SOLUTION: The separator for a fuel cell has flow passages supplying fuel or air to a fuel electrode or an air electrode.
