<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide usage of biometrics in which identification by biometrics and right acquisition and exercising accompanying the identification are enabled and biological data play a role substituting for conventional physical certificates and cards such as a seal, a certificate, a commutation ticket, and a prepaid card. <P>SOLUTION: Provided is a system which performs identification by biometrics and exercises the right corresponding to a price that a person himself or herself paid in advance to exercise the right, the biometrics right acquiring and exercising system being equipped with a means of judging whether the right is allowed to be exercised, a means of approving a person who wishes to acquire the right as a person who has acquired the right, a means of transmitting the permission of right exercising and right exercising limit data as a message to a terminal, and a means of exercising the right within the right exercising limit. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI |
