<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a semiconductor device typified by a radio tag which can shield electronic waves and display necessary information, and to provide a method for manufacturing the semiconductor device. <P>SOLUTION: In the semiconductor device, a thin film integrated circuit formed by a display unit, a power supply, a thin film transistor and an antenna are held between a 1st flexible substrate and a 2nd flexible substrate.
