PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a user with more concrete and accurate information for health maintenance support. SOLUTION: Medical inquiry data resulting from medical inquiry to a user is acquired, and scores on respective predetermined medical inquiry items are obtained based on the medical inquiry data. Then, statistics available from a predetermined population are respectively referred to for the scores on the respective medical inquiry items, and deviation values corresponding to the scores on the respective medical inquiry items are obtained. Furthermore, evaluated values for the respective medical inquiry items are obtained based on the deviation values and statistics for the respective medical inquiry items. And the evaluated values for the respective medical inquiry items indicative of a user's health condition are output. Thus, output of the evaluated values for the respective medical inquiry items based on the deviation values obtained by reference to the statistics available from the predetermined population allows a relative health condition of a user in the predetermined population to be accurately grasped, and so the user can acquire the accurate information for health maintenance support.
