PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize a display of a low cost and high performance at a high implementation yield of a driving circuit. SOLUTION: The display is equipped with an element substrate which has a plurality of pixel sections and a plurality of data lines electrically connected to the plurality of the pixel sections, a circuit board piece which is mounted on the element substrate, is connected to the plurality of the data lines and contains a first circuit comprising a plurality of thin-film transistors, and an integrated circuit which is connected to the first circuit and includes the second circuit for respectively driving the plurality of the pixel sections through the plurality of the data lines.
