PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a polypropylene film which is suitably used in a field needing a clean packaging material, a container, etc., for food, medical treatment, an electronic material, or the like, suppresses the elution or the migration of odors, additives, and degraded substances and the occurrence of a fish eye, and is excellent in heat sealability and its production method. SOLUTION: In a heat sealable film of a polypropylene resin containing polypropylene containing no additive migrating to a contacted object as a main component, the number of fish eyes having the largest diameter of at least 0.1 mm is 10/0.1 m<SP>2</SP>or below. In the method for producing the heat sealable polypropylene film, when the film is produced by a T-die method, the resin melted in a melting extrusion process is filtered with a filter 100μm or below in filtration precision.
