PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a battery pack or the like of high reliability excellent in heat resistance and pressure resistance, adopting a ceramic PTC element to replace a polymer PTC element. SOLUTION: The battery pack is composed of one or more of batteries and a circuit board 11A arranged so as to face one end face of the battery on which a battery protection circuit 11B is mounted. The ceramic PTC element as a heat sensing element is mounted on the circuit board 11A, and further, the battery and the circuit board 11A on which the ceramic PTC element 15 is mounted are integrally molded at a resin molding part. By the above, an abnormal heat generation caused by short circuit of the batteries or the like is avoided by the ceramic PTC element, the PTC element is not damaged by the heat or pressure generated when molding the battery pack with resin, and the battery pack can be used with high reliability.
