SUBSTRATE COMPILING SYSTEM AND ITS METHOD

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a substrate compiling system for preventing the collapse of the aligned condition of a substrate compiled set when dropped on a stack tray. SOLUTION: The substrate compiling system comprises a tamper device 1100 for aligning the compiled set at its rear end. The tamper device 1100 has a clamp member 1331 to be driven via a cable by an actuator. Before the substrate compiled set is dropped on the stack tray 440 the substrate compiled set is clamped at its rear end by the clamp member 1331. Then, the dropped substrate compiled set is clamped at its front end and the substrate compiled set is opened at its rear end. COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI
