PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem which needs a configuration of an instrument without troublesomeness, such as manual operation for user, when a sound signal is superimposed and transmitted to a video signal by a digital format between a receiving system or a signal source instrument, and to provide a video images / voice-receiving system. SOLUTION: It distinguishes whether video signal is overlapped on a digital sound signal, and outputs an another routed analog sound signal, when there is none. An error rate is checked when there is one, and the digital sound signal is outputted; when there is little. If there are many analog sound signals, it will outputs this, but when there is none, a warning and the like for checking cable is displayed, after outputting the digital sound signal.
