PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize a mounting structure of a heat exchanger of a long endurance service life by constituting fixing parts to reduce rebounding action of a vibration-proof rubber member. SOLUTION: In this mounting structure of a heat exchanger comprising a condenser 2 mounted on a car body-side structural member through the vibration-proof rubber members 32, 42, the plurality of fixing parts 3, 4 are mounted to connect the structural member 1 and the condenser 2 through the vibration-proof rubber members 32, 42, one of the fixing parts 3, 4 is provided with the vibration-proof rubber member 32 having a projecting part 32a for restraining or reducing the rebounding action, on a part where a part of a condenser 2 side, is collided with the structural member 1 by the rebounding action of the vibration-proof rubber member 32, 42 mounted on the other fixing part.
