PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the vibration and noise of a ball screw device by restraining looseness of a circulating piece. SOLUTION: In this ball screw device 10, the circulating piece 18 forming a circulating passage 20 of a ball 15 connecting between both screw grooves 11, 13 and a ball return passage 16 with the cutout 17 is fitted and fixed to the cutout 17 formed at the end of a nut 14 through a C-type stop ring, and a number of balls 15 are circulated at infinity between both screw grooves 11, 13, in the ball circulating passage 20 and the ball return passage 16.
