PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lightweight and inexpensive elastomer pad member stably satisfying automatic return performance as an elastomer pad member used for an operation button apparatus or a switch keyboard even when the pad member is severely used. SOLUTION: The operation button apparatus (8) or a switch keyboard contains a button support (1) and a pushing button member (3) fitted into a mounting hole (2) of the button support and provides an elastomer pad (4) changing the shape by pushing-down motion of a button between a pushing button and a circuit board (5) and conducts electrodes (6) and (7) on the substrate by shape-changing movement of the elastomer pad. In the operation button apparatus (8), the elastomer is a thermoplastic elastomer composition obtained by crosslinking a composition comprising (a) 100 pts. wt. block copolymer component, (b) 50-160 pts. wt. softener and (c) 10-70 pts. wt. propylene-based resin in the presence of a peroxide and a crosslinking aid.
