PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a "volume control method" by which volume, when calling a party by using a hands-free car-mounted unit, is automatically set. SOLUTION: When volume is set to a hands-free voice circuit while calling, a volume value is set and stored corresponding to a telephone number of a calling destination, and the volume value stored is set to the hands-free voice circuit upon calling again the communication destination.
