PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device capable of performing a corrosion test of a metal material in the same state as an actual environment, using a comparatively simple device. SOLUTION: This corrosion testing device, which is a device for performing the corrosion test of the metal material for a boiler, is equipped with a means 9 for holding a metal piece 1 which is a test object in a storage container 2; a means 4 for filling boiler water in the storage container 1, and means 6, 7, 8 for keeping the atmosphere outside the storage container 2 in the oxygen free state. Hereby, the metal material is fixed in the device, and actual boiler water is filled in the sealable storage container, and after confirming that the oxygen concentration in the actual boiler water in the storage container is, for example, 0μg/l, in a state where the metal material test piece is immersed, the container is sealed in a bag together with nitrogen gas, to thereby acquire an environment similar to an actual boiler.
