PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ash and slug property management device providing stable operation of a melting furnace by accurately grasping an ash or slug property on a real time basis, and an ash melting disposal facility and its method. SOLUTION: The ash melting disposal facility is provided with a main ash meter 15, a fly ash meter 18, a regulator meter 22 adding a regulator with a component ratio that is different from ash, and a melting furnace 24 carrying out melting disposal of mixed ash produced by respectively regulating supply amounts by the meters. It is composed such that an LIBS device 20 measuring components in the ash on the basis of plasma light generated by irradiating laser on main ash, fly ash or the mixed ash, and a controller controlling the supply amount of at least one of the main ash meter 15, the fly ash meter 18, or the regulator meter 22 are provided in a section prior to the melting furnace 24, and the supply amount is controlled by the controller 19 such that a predetermined component ratio in the mixed ash is constant on the basis of the components measured by the LIBS device 20.
