PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily set the size of a gap between the outside diameter surface of a retainer and the inside diameter surface of an outer annular member disposed on the outside thereof. SOLUTION: The clearance gap between the outside diameter surface of the retainer 7 and the inside diameter surface of the outer annular member (a planetary gear) 3 disposed on the outside thereof is set to satisfy the relationship expressed by R=2.5 to 4.0% where the outside diameter of the retainer is D2, the inside diameter of the planetary gear is D1, and the ratio of curvature represented by (D1-D2)/(D2×100%) is R.
