PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent flanges from being interfered with a road surface and suppress the leakage of exhaust gas due to the deformation of the flanges by the interference by pushing up the flange together with the exhaust pipe when the flanges of the exhaust pipe are interfered with the road surface during the running of a vehicle. SOLUTION: In this exhaust pipe 1, parts partitioned in the longitudinal direction are connected to each other through the flanges 7a and 7b. A guard member 20 pushing up the exhaust pipe 1 to the upper side of the vehicle when the flanges touch the road surface is installed near the vehicle forward A side of the flanges 7a and 7b.
