PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a waterproof means of a reentrant corner and a waterproof method capable of waterproofing the reentrant corner with a high waterproofness even by an unskillful worker. SOLUTION: The waterproof means 10 of the present invention is a waterproof means of a reentrant corner 20 jointed and formed so that a plurality of building structural members 11, 11 are bent and provided with a rubber sheet 13 stuck to the peripheral building structural members 11, 11 of a bent 12 of the reentrant corner 20, a flexible sheet 14 bent in a shape corresponding to the shape of the reentrant corner 20 and stuck to the rubber sheet 13, a support member 15 having a pressing face corresponding to the shape of the reentrant corner 20, and a fixing member (screw 16) fixed at the folding part 12 of the reentrant corner 20 while pressing the rubber sheet 13 in the reentrant corner 20 through the support member 15.
