PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an engine capable of reducing frequency of replacement of lubricating oil due to deterioration (extend interval of lubricating oil replacement) and reducing labor for maintenance or the like by smoothly circulating lubricating oil between an oil pan and a sub-tank with a simple structure without greatly increasing manufacturing cost. SOLUTION: An oil filter 24 is connected to a delivery side of a pump 20 circulating lubricating oil in the engine 101 provided with the sub-tank 3 connected to the oil pan 2.
