PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problems wherein dust is blown off from a hole part for insertion of a wire in a selection chamber when the opening and closing of a chaff sieve of a swinging selection device is carried out by an opening and closing motor through the wire, and sometimes grains are scattered to the outside of a machine. SOLUTION: The subject device is connected to the chaff sieve 9b receiving a threshing-treated product, or the like, and regulating a leaked amount of the swinging selection device 8a for carrying out the swinging selection while carrying out the swinging and conveying, and constituted so that the outer side face (A) of a cover 11 for the wire, covering the turning wire 11a may be tilted from the front outside to the rear inside.
