LAMINATED PIEZOELECTRIC ELEMENT AND INJECTION SYSTEM

摘要

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a laminated piezoelectric element excellent in durability and high in reliability without malfunctioning because the desired displacement in the element is not substantially affected even after a continuous operation; and to provide an injection system using the element.

SOLUTION: In this laminated piezoelectric element wherein layers of a piezoelectric material and electrodes are alternately laminated, the piezoelectric material contains alkali metals in an amount of ≥5 ppm but ≤300 ppm and halogens in an amount of ≥5 ppm but ≤1,000 ppm.
