<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mounting tool for a wiring duct, by which wiring can be led out to the outside from an arbitrary position of the wiring duct, without opening a through-hole for leading the wiring to the outside to the wiring duct, and to provide the wiring duct which uses the same. <P>SOLUTION: The mounting tool A is a nearly U-shaped member in a cross-sectional view and used in a state of being fitted into the inside 302 of a duct body 100. The mounting tool (A) has a base part 10, which is brought into contact with a housing path 110 of the duct body 100, and side parts 20, 20, which are erected along the sidewall parts 120, 120 of the duct body 100 from both end parts in the width direction of the base part 10 and whose height is larger than that of the side wall parts 120, 120.
