<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a tubular member (for example, used for spinning rod, golf club shaft, and the like) which is produced by laminating prepreg raw materials prepared by impregnating reinforcing fibers such as carbon fibers or glass fibers with a synthetic resin and then curing the laminated product, and has excellent physical characteristics. <P>SOLUTION: This tubular member is a tubular member which is formed by impregnating reinforcing fibers with a synthetic resin and then laminating the prepared prepregs, and is used for the rod bodies of the spinning rods, golf club shafts, and the like. The tubular member comprises the first layer 1 comprising a longitudinal fiber-reinforced resin prepared by impregnating longitudinally oriented reinforcing fibers with a synthetic resin, the second layer 2 comprising a longitudinal fiber-reinforced resin similarly as the first layer 1 and laminated to the outer periphery of the first layer 1, and the thirst layer 3 comprising a longitudinal fiber-reinforced resin similarly as the first layer 1 and laminated to the outer periphery of the second layer 2. The resin content per unit volume of the prepreg constituting either one of the second layer 2 and the third layer 3 is 25 %, and the synthetic resin content per unit volume of the prepregs forming the residual two layers is 20 %. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI</p> |
