<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To manage information about alarm generation and the like, by associating with time information, related to equipment A1-A12 to be monitored even when the equipment A1-A12, provided in a monitored device 2 and to be monitored, have not a clock function, in a monitoring system in which a monitoring device 1 monitors the monitored device 2. <P>SOLUTION: In a monitoring control part 11 provided in the monitored device 2, a time information management means 21 manages information relating to the time and a time information transmitting means transmits information relating to the time to be monitored to the equipment A1-A12 to be monitored.
