<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To assemble 2 components constituting a rotary atomizing head concentrically with high precision so as to prevent them from being easily separated. <P>SOLUTION: The rotary atomizing head 20 comprises a 1st circular component 30 having a recessed surface 21 and a front surface wall 23F of a storage chamber 22, a 2nd circular component 40 having a back surface wall 23R of the storage chamber 22, screw parts 32 and 43 formed to enable to engage with each other on the peripheral surface of both components 30 and 40 and taper surfaces 31 and 41 formed respectively on the peripheral surfaces of both components 30 and 40. The 1st component 30 and the 2nd component 40 are screwed to be joined, so that they are prevented from being easily separated. The 1st components 30 and the 2nd component 40 are concentrically assembled with high precision through the taper surfaces 31 and 41 formed respectively on the peripheral surfaces to be abutted on each of them. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI</p> |
